ACTION 1 - ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS
This questionnaire is preference-based, therefore there are no right or wrong answers. Be careful not to get into analysis paralysis with your responses as often times your first response is most accurate. It’s best to complete this in a place where you’re in a non-interrupted environment and can relax and take your time. Simply read each statement and indicate how often it is true for you by checking one of the buttons to the right.
